Notarize.ca’s mission is to make online notary services easy, convenient and accessible to all Canadians, locally and globally.
Our Story
In March 2020, our lives were turned upside down by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite lockdowns and stay-at-home orders, we knew that people in our communities would still need notary services for their most important documents.
It then became our goal to bring easy and affordable online notary services to everyone across Canada. That’s why in May 2021, we began offering online notary services through Notarize.ca.
The response from our clients was overwhelmingly positive, so we stayed the course. Our belief is that it doesn’t matter where you’re located or if you’re short on time – all you need is ten minutes, a web camera, and an internet connection.
Since our inception, we have helped thousands of people notarize their documents online. Notarize.ca uses cutting-edge legal technology to break down barriers and ensure notary services are available to everyone. We love what we do, and it shows in our excellent customer service.
Our Team
All of our team members are lawyers or paralegals licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and appointed as commissioners for taking affidavits and notaries by the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. We pride ourselves on providing the best, friendliest, most personable online notary experience possible.
