Notarize.ca is on a mission to make notary services accessible to everyone across Canada. Since March 2020, we have helped thousands of Canadians notarize their documents quickly and easily.

Our notary team members are independent contractors. This means you:

Provide your own equipment
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, great at problem-solving, flexible and friendly.
Candidates must be paralegals or lawyers licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and have received their notarial appointment from the Ministry of the Attorney General.
No notary experience? That’s okay - we provide a comprehensive training program, one-on-one support and an encyclopedic suite of help resources. We want our team members to succeed and grow.
